I’m really excited to be building on my brand and weaving my learnings into my business in a new way. And I wanted to share what that looks like.

For the past few years, I've been teaching yoga and guiding people through breathwork and meditation. And what I've noticed again and again is that the mat becomes a conversation.

People finish a class and share what's shifted. They tell me about the racing mind that quieted for the first time in weeks. The tension they've been holding in their shoulders since their divorce. The way their nervous system finally feels safe enough to rest.

These conversations have taught me something important, movement and breathwork open doors. But sometimes, what's on the other side of that door needs more than a yoga class to explore. That's where coaching comes in.

So what is Trauma-informed Somatic coaching?

It's work that honours the fact that our wounds live in our bodies. Not just our minds, our bodies. Somatic means we're paying attention to sensation, breath, movement, and what your nervous system is telling you. Trauma-informed means I'm trained to understand how past experiences (big or small) shape how you move through the world, how you regulate, and what feels safe.

Coaching, for me, isn't about fixing you. It's about building awareness of your patterns, your triggers, your edges and then giving you the tools and structure to create real, sustainable change. It's the bridge between insight and action.

What does it actually look like?

You'll come to sessions with something you want to shift, maybe it's your sleep, your daily rhythm, how you relate to your body, or the stories you're telling yourself about what's possible. We'll work together using somatic tools like breathwork, body awareness, and gentle inquiry to understand what's underneath. Then we'll build a plan that fits your life, not some idealised version of wellness.

It's practical. It's grounded. And it's deeply personal.

Why I'm offering this now?

My yoga teaching and somatic practice have given me the foundation to do this work well. I understand nervous system regulation. I've sat with hundreds of bodies and learned to read what they're saying. I've trained in trauma-informed practice specifically because I wanted to honour the complexity of real change.

Coaching is the natural evolution of that. It's me taking everything I know and offering it in a way that goes deeper for people ready to do that work.

If this resonates with you, I'd love to explore what's possible together.

Ready to explore?

To make sure were the right fit, I am offering an initial discovery call so we can get clear on what you're working with and whether coaching is the right fit for you right now. This isn't a sales pitch, it's a real conversation where we'll talk about what's on your mind, what you're hoping to shift, and how I can support that.

There's a small £15 investment for the discovery call. If you decide to move forward with coaching whether that's a single session or more, that investment comes straight off what you'll invest in the work.

This matters to me. It honours my time and energy, and it shows me that you're genuinely committed to this work. When we invest in something, we tend to show up more fully for it.

Book your discovery call here.

I’m really excited to continue learning, developing this work, and growing my business in a way that feels aligned and grounded. I hope we meet along the way.

Lots of Love,

Kay
