A Trauma-Informed, Embodied Approach to Wellbeing

Trauma-informed coaching recognises that our past experiences shape the way we think, feel, and move through the world and that the body holds those experiences, often long after the mind has moved on.

It doesn't mean every session is about trauma. It means the space is built with safety, trust, and compassion at its core. That we go at your pace. That nothing is forced, rushed, or pushed past your edges.

It's an approach that sees the whole person, not just the goal, but the history, the nervous system, and the very human being behind it all.

 

Whatever you're carrying right now, you're welcome here. It might be something big, a loss, a transition, a period of life that's left you feeling disconnected from yourself. Or it might be harder to name than that. A low hum of stress.

A sense that something's off. A need to simply slow down and be held.

You don't need a diagnosis, a crisis, or a clear reason to be here. You just need to want something to feel different.

My coaching is an embodied practice, which means we work with your whole self, not just your thoughts. Sessions are shaped entirely by you, what you're experiencing, what your body needs, what feels possible that day. There's no fixed structure, no pressure to perform, and no timeline you need to fit into.

What we build together, over time, is a deeper sense of awareness, safety, and resilience, so that however life shows up, you have something solid to come back to.

My Values
 

I believe wellbeing doesn't have to be complicated.

 

It doesn't require perfect conditions, a rigid routine, or an all-or-nothing approach. What it does require is presence,  a willingness to meet yourself where you are, and listen to what you actually need.

My path to this work has been a personal one. I know what it feels like to carry too much for too long. To keep going when your body is asking you to stop. To reach a point where the weight of it all becomes impossible to ignore. That experience and the slow, gentle work of finding my way back to myself is at the heart of everything I do.

I'm guided by self-compassion, especially on the harder days. Movement, breath, and stillness aren't things I teach from a distance, they're practices I live, because I know firsthand how much they matter.

What I bring to this work is a deep belief in simplicity. Small, sustainable practices that fit into real life.

 

Space for rest, softness, and humanity. And above all, an honest, grounded presence.

4-Week Wellbeing Programme:

 

A structured, embodied coaching journey designed to build awareness, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing.

 

Each week focuses on one of four core pillars, explored through breath work, movement, meditation, and conversation.

 

This programme is for you if you want clear direction, a contained timeframe, and support in building a foundation of sustainable practices.

 

What You’ll Explore

 

Week 1: Sleep & Recovery

 

Rest is not a luxury, it’s foundational to everything. This week, we explore what’s getting in the way of genuine rest for you. We’ll work with breath practices to calm your nervous system, gentle movement to release tension held in your body, and reflection on the patterns that are keeping you awake or exhausted. By the end of this session, you’ll have practices and awareness to support deeper, more restorative sleep.

 

Week 2: Habits & Daily Structure

 

Small, consistent practices create lasting change. This week, we build awareness around your current rhythms and introduce gentle structures that support your wellbeing without feeling rigid or punishing. We’ll explore how your body responds to routine, practice grounding techniques you can weave into your day, and identify the habits that genuinely soothe you versus those that drain you. This is about creating sustainability, not perfection.

 

Week 3: Movement & Body Awareness

 

Your body holds wisdom. This week, we reconnect with embodied movement, not exercise, but the practice of listening to what your body needs and how it wants to move. Through gentle somatic practices, breathwork, and mindful movement, we build confidence in your body’s signals. You’ll learn to recognise tension, release, ease, and the subtle shifts that tell you something has changed. Movement becomes a tool for regulation and self-trust.

 

Week 4: Self-Awareness & Mindset

 

Everything comes together. This final week, we reflect on what you’ve noticed, what’s shifted, and how to sustain this work beyond our sessions. We explore the stories you tell yourself, the beliefs that shape how you move through the world, and how to respond to stress or overwhelm with greater awareness and compassion. This is about building resilience and a deeper sense of self-trust.

Flexible, ongoing support for whatever’s present for you right now. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, working through a transition, or simply need space to check in with yourself and your body, this is a responsive, embodied coaching session tailored to what you need.

 

This offering is for you if you prefer flexibility, want to work with what’s alive for you week to week, or are seeking ongoing support without a fixed structure.

 

How It Works

 

Each 60-minute session begins with a check-in: How are you feeling? What would support you most right now?

 

Sessions may include:

The balance shifts based on what your nervous system and body need in that moment. Some weeks that might be more movement; other weeks, stillness, breath, or simply talking things through.

Booking Information

 

Discovery Call | 30 minutes | £15

 

If you’re unsure which offering is right for you, or simply want to talk through what’s bringing you here, a discovery call offers a gentle, no-pressure space to explore whether this work feels like a good fit.

 

The £15 fee is deducted from your first session should you choose to continue.

 

A Note on This Work

 

This is trauma-informed, embodied coaching grounded in somatic practices. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.

 

There is no expectation to “fix” anything or share more than feels safe. We work together to create a space where you feel supported, heard, and able to reconnect with your own wisdom and self-trust.
