Women's Circle - A place to reconnect

A monthly trauma-informed, body-based women’s circle, gentle, supportive space centered around nervous system regulation, safety, reconnection, and community.

​

This circle is for any woman who feels a pull towards slowing down, reconnecting with her body, and being in a space where she can show up just as she is.

​

Whether you’re:

• going through something right now
• have been through something in the past
• feeling disconnected or a little “off” but not sure why
• longing for deeper connection and a supportive community 

​​

Each monthly gathering will include gentle, trauma-informed practices, body-based self-regulation tools, grounding, reflection, and optional sharing.

 

There is no fixing, no pressure to speak, and no expectation to have anything figured out.
This women’s circle is open to all women.

​

Show up as you are!

We will gather on the floor on yoga mats (Yoga mats provided) so please feel free to bring anything that you may need for comfort such as bolsters/blocks or a cushion to sit on if needed.


Bring a journal & a mug - Herbal teas provided.


Wear something you'll be comfortable in and expect some gentle movement.
