I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, mindful meditation guide, and compassion-based practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals and teams in navigating the challenges of modern working life. Through a practical and accessible approach, I help organisations cultivate resilience, clarity, and balance within the workplace.

 

My sessions combine yoga, mindfulness, and compassion-based practices to support both personal and professional wellbeing. By creating space for reflection, stress management, and mindful awareness, I help teams develop healthier ways of responding to pressure, improving focus, communication, and overall productivity.
