A Season of Softening

As this month comes to a close, my heart feels full and very ready for what’s ahead.
I’m about to head off to Sri Lanka for a yoga retreat, and I honestly can’t wait.
There’s something so special about stepping into a new culture, new landscapes, and new rhythms. Travel has a way of opening us, softening the edges, widening perspective, and bringing us back to what really matters. I’m looking forward to deepening my own practice, embracing mindfulness in a different setting, and soaking up the inspiration that comes from being somewhere completely new. I know I’ll return feeling grounded, expanded, and ready to share that energy with you all.
But before I jet off, I’m holding so much excitement for what’s coming up in our community…
💛 Self Love Retreat – February 14th - 10-4pm @ The Granary
There are still a few spaces left for this beautiful day of connection, rest, and self-nourishment. Valentine’s Day doesn’t just have to be about romantic love, it’s the perfect moment to turn inward and give yourself the care, compassion, and attention you deserve.
This retreat is designed as a full day of unwinding, a pause from the noise, the responsibilities, and the constant doing. A space to soften, breathe deeper, and come back to yourself.
During the day, you can expect:
• A gentle opening cacao ceremony to help you arrive, open the heart, and set intentions
• Somatic practices to release held tension and reconnect with your body
• Nourishing, accessible yoga to move energy and create space
• Deeply calming restorative yoga with full support so your body can truly let go
• Guided relaxation and stillness to soothe your nervous system
• Time to rest, reflect, and simply be, without pressure, expectation, or performance and a nourishing lunch.
This is not about pushing, achieving, or fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering that you are already enough, and allowing your body and mind to feel safe enough to soften.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to who you are beneath the roles you carry every day.
🌙 Switch Off Sessions
A monthly nervous system downshift
A gentle evening space for anyone who is tired of being “switched on” all the time.
This is not a workout.
It’s not self-improvement.
It’s a guided shift from doing → being.
What to expect in a session
Each session may include:
• Slow, floor-based somatic movement
• Breathwork to soothe and regulate the nervous system
• Long, supported restorative postures
• Guided rest, Yoga Nidra, or body scan
• A soft, unhurried landing back into the room
Low lights. Calm tone. No rush.
Perfect for anyone who:
• struggles to switch off at night
• feels wired but exhausted
• carry's stress in their body
• find's rest difficult, but know they need it
• are holding a lot for everyone else
✨ This space offers something many of us rarely receive:
Permission to stop, with support.

🌕 Monthly Women’s Circle – Starting March 6th - Little Brickhill Village Hall. 7-830pm.
Connection is medicine, but this circle is about more than just meeting other women. It’s a space to reconnect back to yourself, too.
So many women spend their lives supporting, giving, organising, and holding everything together. This circle is where you get to set that down. A safe, welcoming space to breathe, soften, and be met exactly as you are.
Each gathering will gently weave together:
• Grounding and somatic practices to help you land in your body
• Space to reflect and share (always optional, never pressured)
• Quiet moments of stillness and breath
• Supportive connection with a community of women walking alongside you
This is not about advice or fixing.
It’s about being witnessed, feeling less alone, and remembering yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.
A space where community, nervous system safety, and self-connection come together.
This season feels like one of expansion, new places, new energy, and new ways to support your wellbeing. Thank you for being part of this journey with me. I can’t wait to bring a little piece of Sri Lanka back to you all. 🌴🧘♀️🤍
