A Valentine’s Gift to Yourself: Self-Love, Rest & Reconnection 💗

This year is already unfolding in a way that feels deeply intentional, nourishing, and quietly powerful. There’s a sense of new beginnings, deeper learning, and a continued commitment to supporting people to feel more at home in their bodies.

On Friday 14th February, I’m hosting a very special Self-Love & Wellbeing Retreat, a day dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and offering yourself the care you so often give to others.

This retreat is about self-love in its truest form: listening to your body, honoring your nervous system, and creating space for rest, reflection, and gentle movement. It’s a chance to step out of the noise and expectations of daily life and return to yourself.

What to Expect on the Retreat

Throughout the day we’ll explore:

  • Gentle yoga & wellbeing practices

  • Yoga and restorative yoga to support deep rest

  • Nervous system regulation tools you can take into everyday life

  • Time to breathe, soften, and simply be

  • A delicious home cooked lunch

This is a supportive, welcoming space where nothing is forced and everything is optional. You’ll be guided with care, curiosity, and compassion, meeting yourself exactly where you are.

✨ Only six places remain

💷 £69 per person

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving some intentional time for yourself, this retreat is your invitation.

Stepping Into New Learning

Alongside this retreat, I’m feeling genuinely excited about what this year is bringing on a personal and professional level. I’m beginning training as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Teacher and Coach for Women, and this feels like a natural and deeply aligned next step.

I’m doing this for my own self-development and personal growth, and also to continue expanding how I support others. Trauma-informed, body-based work has such a powerful way of helping people reconnect with themselves not by fixing or forcing, but by building safety, awareness, and choice.

While this training focuses on women, my wider intention remains the same: to help anyone who wants to feel more connected, regulated, and at ease in their bodies.

Community on the Mat

At the moment, my yoga classes are beautifully full, filled with both familiar faces and new ones. It’s such a pleasure to witness people arriving on their mats, moving their bodies, and finding moments of connection, both within themselves and with each other.

There’s something really special about seeing community form through shared practice through breath, movement, and presence.

A New Offering: Trauma-Informed Women’s Circle

Out of this sense of connection and growth comes a new idea I’ve been holding close: the desire to start a trauma-informed, body-based women’s circle.

I’m currently looking for eight women I’ve not worked with before to join this new offering.

This will be a monthly women’s circle, designed as a supportive and grounding space focused on:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Building a sense of safety in the body

  • Reconnection and self-trust

  • Trauma-informed practices

  • Body-based self-regulation tools

  • Empowerment, discussion, and shared reflection

  • Community, support, and grounding practices

This is not therapy, but it is a deeply supportive group space where you’ll be gently guided to explore your relationship with your body, learn practical tools, and feel held within a respectful and nurturing community.

This space is for you whether you’re currently going through something, have been through something in the past, feel disconnected or “off” but aren’t quite sure why, or simply have a desire to be part of a supportive community of like-minded women.

If this resonates, you're invited to book a discovery call via the button below so we can explore if this is for you.

None of this exists in isolation and I'm deeply grateful to my tribe & wellbeing facilitators who support me too. Thank you for the powerful, compassionate work you do in service of others.

Here’s to a year of softness, strength, and coming home to ourselves.

Lots of Love

Kay
